Use Google DNS Servers for Speed Up.

1. Click Start->Control Panel->Network and Internet->Network and Sharing Center

2. On the Left side of the page choose "Change Adapter Settings"

You should see something like the picture below.

3. Right click on your Lan or Wireless Lan Adapter and choose properties (Must be the one used to connect to the internet, Notice only 1 adapter is active in above picture.)

You will now see the Windows shown below.

4. Double left click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)"

You will see the window shown below.

5. Set your DNS Settings as shown above, Primary DNS 8.8.8.8  - Secondary DNS 8.8.4.4

If you are change manually entered address make sure to make a note of the address so you can change it back if needed, otherwise choose "Obtain DNS server address automatically to return to normal settings.

*** This patch speed up DNS Queries that can be slower by some ISP's, Google has several highly available server for DNS. If you need help beyond the scope of this article contact Custom-BuiltPCs.com repair center.
